GREENWOOD GREAT HOUSE (Pass by without stopping): The Greenwood Great House (Plantation home) was constructed in the early 18th Century. Like most, if not all the other Great Houses in Jamaica, the Greenwood Great House was built at high elevation. One could say that this was a strategy used back in the plantation era as a means of overlooking the plantation and also for security purposes. This house, unlike the Rose Hall Great House, is not haunted but of a more peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The history and the architecture of the house is what will blow you away. As you pass by, feel free to take photos when your tour guide slows down.

ROSE HALL GREAT HOUSE (Pass by without stopping): This Rose Hall Great House is an early 18th century plantation home that sits on a high elevation on thousands of acres in Rose Hall, Montego Bay. The Rose Hall Great House was once owned by the famous and certainly one of the wickedest plantation owners to walk the land of Jamaica, Annie Palmer. She owned hundreds of slaves. This house became haunted after her gruesome death in 1831. The house is scary to look at even in the daytime. There is no stop at the Rose Hall Great House on your way to Negril however, your tour guide will tell you the history and slow down so that you can take photos.

YS FALLS: Meet your guide in the main lobby of your hotel and get ready for an amazing day to the south coast of Jamaica. Your driver will take you through the mountains passing by small farming villages that appear one after another. Your guide will tell you about the areas you pass through and teach you about the rich Jamaican history. The drive to the south coast is approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes.

The first stop will be at YS Falls where a jitney, hauled by a tractor, will be waiting to take you on a 10-minute ride through the woods and up to the falls until you have reached the gift shop. You will have approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes to explore the falls and surrounding rain-forest. There are 2 man-made natural pools available to you. Guides and lifeguards are on property to provide guests with both safety and assistance. YS is a nature-based attraction offering the opportunity to experience the beauty of the waterfalls surrounded by lush gardens and magnificent trees. The pools are fed by underground and above ground springs, which is more suitable for children and others unable to swim. YS Falls offers one of the most exhilarating canopy rides, which glide from the top of the falls to its base, and river tubing. Diving off the platforms and swing off the Tarzan Ropes are also a trademark activity at YS.

BLACK RIVER SAFARI TOUR: After 1 hour and 30 minutes you will depart and head off to Riverside Dock where you will have local lunch. After lunch, you will make your way to meet your boat captain and board your pontoon boat which will take you up the Black River for an hour to view the vegetation and see the wildlife (crocodiles, eagles, egrets nesting, giant fern, etc.). The basic tour takes you six miles up the river and return, during which a running commentary is given by your captain/ tour guide on both the ecology and history of the area. Over 100 species of birds have been recorded in the Black River morass and many are seen during your trip. At the end of the tour it will be time to make your way back to the resort.
